Your program identifies the work. The Network helps get it done.
Scopes prepared from your facility records. Qualified specialists. Preferred member pricing.
The iPSM Network connects ammonia refrigeration facilities with training providers, PSM consultants and specialist contractors. It brings the information in your PSM program into the work you need to get done.
Start with what your program already knows.
Prepare the scope
iPSM prepares the scope from the relevant equipment details, findings and due dates already in your program. Review the requirements and add job-specific details before requesting quotes.
Reach the right specialists
iPSM routes the work to members by specialty and service area. Each member receives the same scope, so every quote starts with the same requirements.
Choose who does the work
Review the quotes and choose your provider. You can use a Network member or your existing contractor.
Upload the report. Skip the re-entry.
iPSM extracts the findings, equipment references, citations and recommendations from the uploaded report and prepares the action items for your review. Your team checks the results instead of entering every field by hand.
The report is finished. The data entry should be too.
An inspection with 150 findings should not mean 150 action items entered by hand. Equipment IDs, findings, citations, recommendations and supporting photos all belong with the work already documented in the report.
iPSM turns that report into program records for review. Less time transferring the same information into software means fewer administrative hours on your consultant’s invoice.
Why members offer preferred pricing.
Members receive scoped requests from facilities that need their services, delivered directly to their inbox. Less time prospecting and qualifying leads gives them room to offer preferred pricing. iPSM takes no commission on member work. The savings stay with the facility.
Pricing and availability depend on the member and scope.
Specialists for the work ahead.
